Ingredients

Yellow Cucumber
1/2
Curd
1/2 Cup
Coconut
1/2 Cup
Green chillies

Turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves

Cumin seeds
1/4 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds
1 Teaspoon
Red chillies

Salt
Coconut oil

Steps

  1. Cut the cucumber into small square pieces.
    Cook this along with a little water, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Meanwhile, grind together curd, grated coconut, green chillis, and cumin seeds.
  3. Add th ground mixture to the cooked coconut, and heat it on a low flame for one or two minutes. Make sure that you stir the mixture continuously
  4. Splutter mustard seeds in a pan, add red chillis and curry leaves to it.
    Add this to the cucumber , and mix well.
