- Cut the papaya into small square pieces.
Mix this with chopped onions and salt, and keep it aside for 15 minutes
- Heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the papaya into this, with turmeric powder, and fry for a minute or two.
Now simmer the stove, and cook till the papaya is done(stir occasionally)
- Meanwhile, grind together grated coconut, small onions, garlic and green chillis in the smallest jar of the mixie.(don't add water.It should not become a paste)
- Add the ground mixture to the papaya, mix well , and cook for a minute or two.
